Legal Experience

Ms. Govan is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Litigation Departments. Ms. Govan obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. Ms. Govan represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation and corporate matters, including corporate formation, trademark registration, business torts, fraud, securities and general commercial disputes.

After completing her undergraduate studies early, Ms. Govan began her legal career working at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where she gained a wealth of knowledge in the areas of insurance and securities regulation, as well as working at a boutique firm in London, United Kingdom. Ms. Govan has since developed a wide range of knowledge encompassing commercial litigation, trademark registration and infringement claims, employment disputes, securities fraud actions, and corporate formation and various business agreements.
