1992 to date

Provide legal advice to Foreign Ministry and to Colombian Consulate regarding U.S. Laws and procedures. Represent Colombian government in State and Federal Court as needed. Meet with Immigration officials, customs officials, U.S. attorneys, local prosecutors and prison officials. Meet with representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bogota, Colombia, Research Federal and State statutes relating to Colombian prisoners. Assist Colombian Consulate in custody matters; visit and review cases of Colombians incarcerated in N.Y., N.J., Pa., Conn.

Reported directly to President and Chairman of the Board with responsibilities which included (1) negotiating and drafting corporate and commercial documents; (2) conducting and/or coordinating commercial litigation including professional errors and omissions defense work, and arbitration proceedings; (3) transactions; (4) negotiating and drafting limited partnership. Joint venture and foreign representative agreements; (5) drafting and/or delivery speeches and press releases; (6) arbitrator of all disputes at New Jersey Giants Stadium.

Florida Attorney General's Office, Appellate Division, Dade County; Legal Intern - fall of 1974 - spring 1975:

Worked in Major Crimes Division during the period that former Attorney General Janet Reno, was serving as Assistant District Attorney. Assisted in preparation of brief Jack Roland Murphy v. State of Florida 421 U.S. 794 (1975).

Wrote brief in case of State of New Jersey v. Johnson 125 N.J. Super 438 (1975)
